Simple decorative fasteners

Their sizes and shapes are ever-changing and can be used for decoration and high-quality trademarks. Their processing forms include stamping and die-casting, and their materials include iron, copper, alloys, etc. Claw-type decorative buckles are generally used independently, that is, they are directly fixed on the clothing to be decorated with claws to achieve the required decorative performance. Their shapes and sizes are designed and formulated by each manufacturer, and their processing form is usually made of metal strips through stamping.

Abalone Buttons

Abalone is a precious aquatic shellfish, and abalone shell is a good material for making buttons. The characteristics of this type of button are that the button surface is uneven, there are fine filamentous diagonal lines on the back, the color is mostly brown-red, the front shows strong purple-red, yellow-green rainbow pearl, the thickness is thin and the texture is hard. This type of button is mostly two-hole button and bright-hole button, and is mostly used on light and thin clothing.

Nut Buttons

Nut buttons are called plant-like imitation ivory buttons in the button industry. Because the color and texture of the cut surface of this nut produced in South America are very similar to ivory after being cut. After proper polishing, this button has a good luster. Due to the elegant texture and resource relationship of nut buttons, the grade of buttons is higher than that of ordinary wooden buttons, but the price is also higher. Nut buttons are usually divided into two categories according to the different parts of the material. One type is made from the epidermis of nuts, and the buttons made have brown patterns on one side; the other type is made from the heart layer of nuts, and the buttons made have striped or concentric patterns on the surface, which are very similar to the fixed flowers of resin buttons. If you don’t distinguish them carefully, it is difficult to distinguish them clearly. Nut buttons can also be whitened and dyed, and are mostly processed into bright buttons. Because nut buttons are made of plant fibers, they can absorb water and swell, and the swelling is obvious, so you need to pay attention when using them.

Engraved buttons

In the early days, the engraved buttons were mostly mechanically engraved, and the clarity of the engraved words and patterns was greatly limited, especially when engraving very fine fonts or patterns. Since the development of the automatic laser engraving button making machine in the early 1990s, this problem has been solved. The automatic laser engraving button making machine uses computer scanning and drawing, and no matter how complex the pattern is, it can be easily engraved on the button. At the same time, the laser beam used for engraving can be as thin as a few tenths of a millimeter, so even very fine words or strokes can be clearly engraved. In the clothing industry, many manufacturers often require their company logos, logos, trademarks or other pattern symbols to be engraved on the buttons. Therefore, the application of laser engraving technology is becoming more and more extensive, which to a certain extent reflects the development trend of the button industry in the future.

Several main types of resin buttons

1. Magnetic white buttons are single white in color and have no patterns, but can be made into various shapes.

2. The characteristic of flat pearlescent buttons is that the brightness of the pearlescent light is the same on the entire button surface, like a mirror, with bright color, and it is difficult to distinguish it from pearlescent glass buttons. Natural pearlescent buttons are mostly used for shirt buttons.

3. Glass pearlescent buttons: The pearlescent arrangement on the surface of the buttons is wavy, with high brightness and bright spots that shine like a cat's eye effect.

4. Cloud Flower Imitation Shell Buttons The characteristic of this type of pearlescent buttons is that the pearlescent arrangement on the surface is irregular cloud flower and shows a colorful effect. This type of pearlescent button is closer to the pearlescent effect of natural shells, so it is called imitation shell button.

5. Striped buttons have smooth lines on the surface, natural colors, and natural bamboo and wood textures, so they are also called imitation wood buttons and imitation bamboo buttons. This type of button is mainly used on some casual clothes.
