1. If the chain is not opened and closed smoothly, if you pull the chain head hard, the teeth will be bitten. At this time, apply paraffin or lubricating spray [FASTENERMATE] on the surface and inside of the teeth, and then move the slider several times to make it slide loose.
2. When the zipper on the bag is filled with too many things, if the zipper is closed, the force on the zipper is too great, and the teeth will be separated from the belt. This is a serious zipper failure. Pull the left and right teeth together to make it easier for the chain head to pass through and then close the zipper.
3. When opening and closing the zipper, sometimes the chain head bites the thread or fabric and the slider cannot be pulled. In this case, if you forcefully pull the slider, it will bite deeper. You should push the slider back while untying the fabric. When it is fully bitten, do not pull the slider hard, but push it back slowly. Also, do not leave any hidden dangers when sewing the zipper.
4. If the zipper of clothes does not work well after being worn for a long time, it is because the zipper puller becomes loose. At this time, you can use pliers (if you don’t have pliers, you can use your teeth) to pinch the puller to make it tighter, and the zipper will work well.
Matters needing attention in continuous dyeing of ribbons

1. Factors of ribbon blanks: First of all, we should pay attention to whether the yarn used in the ribbon blanks is from the same batch, because the "oil" contained in different batches of yarn is different. If it is blended, it will become a factor of the color in the dyeing process; secondly, whether the blank has been pre-treated. The dyeing effect of the refined blank is very good, because the "oil" on the yarn is removed after treatment, and the dye can be directly in contact with the fiber for dyeing without protection.
